therapeutic Style
Nic’s sessions are education based, forward thinking and client-led. You will be empowered with tools and skills to figure out where you are, where you want to be, and how you’re going to get there.
Her style is distinct from traditional sex therapy in that instead of focussing on the diagnosis of a dysfunction or disorder, you will expand and move towards a goal of sex positivity and pleasure! This is achieved by not just talking about what’s going on in your head, but what your body is telling you too.

Modality & Approach
Somatic sexology is a holistic educational approach to sexual health and pleasure, integrating somatic and embodied practices to explore emotions and sensations within the body.
Together with Nic you will utilise these tools (such as breathing, mindfulness, shifting awareness) to reflect on what you’re currently experiencing sexually, and where you want to get to.
Sessions are collaborative and client-led and there is no touch between the practitioner and client. You will leave each session with take home exercises, educational resources and a renewed sense of excitement about sex!
