About
I am a Registered Psychologist living and working on the Coffs Coast. Having spent much of my life in the region, I value the opportunity to support individuals and families within the local community.
I work with children, adolescents and adults who may be experiencing challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, ADHD related concerns, and life stressors. I also have a particular interest in supporting young people navigating school related pressures, identity development, and social challenges.
Prior to becoming a psychologist, I worked in education as both a teacher and learning support teacher. This experience continues to inform my approach, providing insight into the academic, social, and emotional environments that young people navigate each day. I value working collaboratively with individuals, families, schools, and other supports to help people develop confidence, resilience, and practical strategies for managing life’s challenges.
In therapy, I aim to create a calm and supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. My approach is practical, collaborative, and strengths focused, helping people develop insight, build helpful skills, and grow in confidence as they navigate everyday difficulties.
Outside of psychology, I enjoy spending time near the ocean, staying active, and making the most of the natural environment along the Coffs Coast.
