About
Clare is a Registered Psychologist and Director at Coffs Coast Family Psychology. Clare offers over 15 years’ experience in the child and adolescent mental health space. She is trained in evidence-based therapies and implements individualised treatment plans for a variety of psychological difficulties including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and general social skills issues, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), behavioural difficulties and emotion regulation issues including anxiety, anger and depression. In her clinical practice, Clare focuses on building the resilience of her clients by identifying their strengths and skills so that they are empowered to meet their treatment goals.
Upon connecting with Clare, young people and their families are offered warm, confidential and professional support. Therapy is delivered so that the individual feels a sense of progress towards their specific goals.
