About 

Anna is a Registered Psychologist with many years experience working with others to support their mental health and wellbeing. Anna works with adults, couples, and adolescents, supporting their journey towards growth and healing with genuine empathy and care. The therapeutic alliance between herself and her clients has always been of most importance to Anna. For this reason, she seeks to create a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients, where they can express themselves freely, with curiosity and compassion.

Anna brings a unique perspective to her practice, pulling from various therapeutic modalities to best suit her client's individual needs. She seeks to employ a collaborative approach, working closely with her clients to empower them to actively participate in their own healing journey.
