Trauma sensitive yoga, relaxation and meditation is a course in Coffs Harbour being held at HTC Wellness Studio and is designed by Lisa Brown to meet the special challenges that face our first responders. Balancing the mind, body and heart through cultivating wisdom, mindful movement, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation are integral to healing trauma.
