Rowena Bianchino the founding director of Harbour Therapy Clinic and the Wellness Studio and a practising psychotherapist, social worker, clinical supervisor and presenter. She has trained extensively both in Australia and internationally to develop her knowledge and skills, which she draws upon as well as her own lived experience. Rowena's practice is primarily within the existential tradition of psychotherapy and is based on the principles of trauma-informed practice. Rowena works with complex and diverse clients, both individuals and those seeking help with relationships. Rowena takes an integrative and pluralistic approach to therapy, however it is the safe alliance between herself and clients that she feels is most important. For this reason her approach is warm, non-judgemental and genuine. She has created therapy spaces at the clinic and the studio that are welcoming .

In 2019 Rowena worked on the award winning documentary "Becoming Colleen" a film about a women who commenced her gender transition in her 80's. She presented this film at the World Congress for Existential Therapy in Argentina in both Spanish and English. Becoming Colleen has become an educational and training resource aimed at improving outcomes for LGBTQI+ people in our community.
