Rowena Bianchino the founding director of Harbour Therapy Clinic and the Wellness Studio and a practising psychotherapist, social worker, clinical supervisor and presenter. She has trained extensively both in Australia and internationally to develop her knowledge and skills, which she draws upon as well as her own lived experience. Rowena's practice is  primarily within the existential tradition of psychotherapy and is based on the principles of trauma-informed practice. Rowena works with complex and diverse clients, both individuals and those seeking help with relationships. Rowena takes an integrative and pluralistic approach to therapy, however it is the safe alliance between herself and clients that she feels is most important. For this reason her approach is warm, non-judgemental  and genuine. She has created therapy spaces at the clinic and the studio that are welcoming .
Rowena created Harbour Therapy Clinic as an integrative health practice that treats the whole person within the context of their life given the unique nature of clients' needs,
