Rowan is in private practice at Harbour Therapy Clinic, Coffs Harbour. Rowan has been personally utilizing integrative health and wellness practices since they were 5 yeas old and working in integrative health and wellness for over 20 years. Rowan’s first practice was as a holistic bodyworker, then personal trainer and group fitness instructor, yoga teacher and finally as a counsellor. Rowan has worked in community services for over 10 years in various roles including counselling, case management, coordination and group facilitation and works with a diverse range of clients facing a range of complex challenges. Rowan identifies as Maori, indigenous to New Zealand and is part of the queer community. Rowan is dedicated to ongoing personal and professional development in the areas of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual development and sees this work as crucial to their ability to work effectively, compassionately and humbly with all their clients in order to ensure they create a safe space for healing and growth.
