Jude Baderle
Somatic therapist-Group facilitator- Mindfulness facilitator

Jude Baderle is a mindfulness based somatic psychotherapist. She has a background in meditation, life coaching, healing, body work and creative arts.

Working with Jude:
Jude’s aim is to work compassionately with great respect for your process. She brings presence, deep listening and curiosity to sessions.  Her work is informed by her long term meditation practice.  Individual sessions are based primarily on the hakomi method and she integrates other modalities when needed. Creating a safe environment is important to Jude.

Hakomi therapy is a body-based approach. It is very gentle and collaborative.  You are encouraged to turn towards your own body wisdom, by studying what you do, how you move and how you have adapted.  You are encouraged to work at your own pace.  Mindfulness allows the mind to settle down and this slows you down.

 The process is collaborative.  We take this journey together and the healing relationship is central to this journey.  Sessions can be creative and playful.  You can learn experientially what is true for you.  Your body is often a reflection of your unconscious and your past.
