With much stress and change in the world, we’d like to extend an offering and heartfelt invitation to join us for a Day of Mindfulness and an immersion in silence. Mindfulness is an innate human quality we can develop and cultivate to pay wise attention to whatever is unfolding in our lives. It is a meditation practice of cultivating clarity, insight and understanding. The benefits of cultivating mindfulness is a tendency to experience less emotional distress, increase in positive mind states and a better overall quality of life.
