I have experience working with young people, families and adults across diverse populations. I value integrative and holistic wellness. Style

My approach is warm, attuned, collaborative, and compassionate. My aim is to provide a welcoming space in which you feel comfortable, understood, and supported and work with you to explore what brings you to therapy so that you can reach your own therapeutic goals

Modality & Approach

I bring the breadth of my professional training and background to understand your concerns within your life’s broader context. In collaboration, we develop therapy goals and I tailor the therapy approach to your needs, as well as your personal strengths and differences. I work flexibly and seek your feedback on how the therapeutic approaches and specific strategies utilised are meeting your needs and therapeutic expectations.
