About

Mandy has nearly twenty years of experience working with individuals and couples, helping them navigate the spectrum of challenges that we face in an increasingly complex world.

Mandy’s therapeutic orientation comes from a belief in the wisdom and capacity people inherently possess to direct themselves towards fulfilling basic human needs, such as safety, acceptance, boundaries, authenticity, and connection.

Often the strategies we developed at a young age no longer serve us as adults which can lead to distress and disconnect. Mandy endeavours to harness each person’s capacity to move towards wholeness and greater integration as individuals.

Mandy is a skilled and experienced couples’ therapist and one of the early receivers of EFT Couples Therapy Certification in Australia. Mandy explores the individual's underlying unmet needs and fears within the relationship. She aims to help couples reconstruct a new way of interacting and welcome warmth and connection back into their relationship.

PERSONAL INSIGHT

What makes you feel grounded?
One of my current favourites is standing barefoot on the grass, sending my breath from the head, down to my legs, through the soles of my feet, and deep into the earth then radiating out like mycelium.
