About

Originally from the US, Jessica now happily calls Australia home after living and working here for over eighteen years. She has three beautiful children, two dogs, and two cats.

Through her own personal journey, Jessica learned that healing happens best when it integrates body, mind, and soul. From the food we eat and the way we exercise, to our thought patterns and how we feel things in our bodies - it is all interrelated.
